    To counteract excess yin and coldness
    Cinnamon bark (chief and conducting)
    Ginger (chief and conducting)
    Licorice (supporting)
    Aconitum praeparata (chief and conducting)
    Atractylodes (assisting and supporting)
    This formula raises body metabolism and promotes circulation and digestion as it warms the whole body. Good in winter for coldness, clear allergic discharges, clear urine, loose stool, weak digestion, low energy, pallor and chronic bronchitis.

    Dosage: take 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. 1-3 times per day.
