    Eight Precious Herbs or Bazhen Wan - (tonifies blood and chi)
    Codonopsis (chief herb)
    Dong quai (chief)
    Rehmannia, cooked (chief)
    Ligusticum (assisting)
    Atractylodes (assisting)
    Poria (assisting)
    Peony root (assisting and conducting)
    Licorice (supporting)
    This formula is a Chinese herb food, a tonic for blood and energy. This may be taken as a general tonic or for specific conditions such as anorexia, anemia and weakness.

    Dosage: 1/2 to 1 tsp. is eaten once or twice per day.
