    Pueraria Combination, Ko Ken Tang or Kudzu Root Tea - (relieves surface cold, neck and shoulder stiffness)
    Pueraria root (chief herb)
    Ma huang (assisting)
    Cinnamon twigs (assisting)
    Peony root (assisting)
    Jujube date (supporting)
    Licorice (supporting)
    Ginger (conducting)
    This warm natured formula is helpful in treatment of colds, flu, pneumonia, bronchitis, upper shoulder and muscle tightness and soreness, coughs, and gastrointestinal diseases.

    Dosage: simmer 4 cups of tea until it has reduced to 2 cups in volume. Drink 2 cups per day.
