    Shujin chih - (to counteract stiffness and increase flexibility)
    Dong quai (chief herb)
    Ligusticum (chief)
    Achryanthes (chief)
    Dipsacus (chief)
    Chaenomeles (chief)
    Notoptyrygium (chief, assisting and conducting)
    Angelica Tu huo (chief, assisting and conducting)
    Gambir (supporting)
    Sileris (assisting)
    Tienchi ginseng (assisting and conducting)
    Lycii berries (supporting)
    A tonic for the kidneys and liver, this formula soothes muscles and tendons, increases general body flexibility, improves blood circulation, relieves back and legs, numbness and dyskinesia.

    Dosage: may be taken either as a tablet or alcoholic-based extract (useful in the elderly with circulatory problems). As a tincture, take 30 drops 2 to 3 times per day. Use 2 tablets 2 or 3 times per day.
