Licorice root (supporting)
This formula has warm, dispersing and drying energy. Remedy for colds, flu, congestion, overeating, bloatedness, diarrhea and stagnant circulatory conditions. May be used for stimulating hot baths and foot-baths. This formula is NOT recommended for chronic inflammatory conditions.
Dosage: 3 to 4 tablets with warm water or ginger and honey tea at first stages of cold or flu. Repeat as needed.
