    Ginger (conducting)
    This formula has a mild, neutral and soothing energy and is tonic to the nerves. It relieves insomnia, nervous tension, excessive irritability, anxiety, and poor concentration.

    Dosage: As a tonic, take 2 tablets 3 times per day. For acute conditions, take 2 tablets every 2 hours. Not recommended for pregnant women.
